Cinnabar Massage:

Tell us what hurts and we'll create a customized massage for you. This may incorporate Swedish, sports, deep tissue, lymphatic, Reiki, Tui Na, Cranio Sacral therapy to name a few. Includes aromatherapy, hot towels, and heated table based on your preferences. Print intake form.

Prenatal Massage :

Soothing, rhythmic strokes ease fluid retention, body aches, and pre-delivery tension. Emphasis on maintaining health of mother and baby, used cross-culturally to prepare mother for childbirth.

Thai Compress Massage:

Thermal therapy combined with traditional Thai herbs, heated stones, and dry brushing. First the skin is exfoliated. Then hot compresses are alternately stamped along the body, expelling toxins, deeply relaxing, releasing muscle tension and leaving skin vibrant. Finally, emolliant oils are massaged into the body with hot stones.

Reflexology:

Excellent for those with chronic headaches, insomnia, or minds that cannot be calmed. Foot massage that focuses on acupuncture points for relaxation, general health and wellbeing.

Detox Massage & Bodywrap:

This treatment is a gentle, relaxing way to cleanse your body of toxins for those who do not desire inch loss. This bodywrap increases energy & mental clarity, improves digestion & immunity, supports radiant healthy skin, nails, & hair, and improves sleep. This treatment includes internal and external herbs, a dry brush exfoliation to stimulate the lymph, a full body circulatiry massage, and bodywrap.

Japanese Hot Stone Massage:

The way hot stone massage is performed at Cinnabar, it is deeply therapeutic and strengthening to the body. A hot stone massage works deeper into the muscles than a regular massage without the discomfort. The effects of a hot stone massage typically last a lot longer as well. The stones become an extension the massage therapists' hands, and can be used in a relaxing, Swedish style, for a rigorous sports massage, or for very deep work.

At Cinnabar we often use cold stones alternating with the hot stones. The cold stones cause the blood vessels to contract, while the heated stones dilate the blood vessels. Together they flush out toxins and open up the circulation, leaving the muscles loose and elastic.

Hot stone massage is great for everyone, and particularly ideal for those who run cold, during the winter time, or for a pain or tension condition that is too sensitive for therapeutic work otherwise.

Thai Massage:

The client is moved through a series of yoga-like stretches while compressions, percussion, and acupressure are performed. This massage in rhythmic and invigorating yet deeply relaxing. Perfect for those who have difficulty letting go.  Performed with client fully clothed on floor mats.
