There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for all appointments. 40% of the normal service price will be charged in the event of a no-show.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, cash, and check payments. We accept SpaFinder and SpaWish certificates for regularly priced services only. We do not accept SpaFinder and SpaWish certificates for series or specials. We do not take insurance as payment, but we do provide a Superbill(a form to submit to your insurance company).

Cinnabar Rewards Program

The Cinnabar Rewards Program is free and all clients are automatically enrolled.

• How You Get Points:
• earn 1 point for every $10 spent on regularly priced products, services, series, and Gift Cards
• earn 25 points for new client referrals
• automatically receive 25 points on your birthday
• each point is worth $1 towards purchases  

Your point balance will be printed on each receipt or you can keep track of them by logging into your account on our website. Once you have accumulated 50 points, you can start using them towards the purchase of services or products.

• Restrictions
• points may not be used for gratuities
• points not awarded for payments made with 3rd party gift cards/certificates (SpaFinder, SpaWish, etc.)    
• points may not be combined with other clients points (exception: families may combine points)
• points can not be redeemed for cash
• points may not be earned and used in the same day
• points may be earned only on fully priced services and products unless otherwise specified
• unused points will expire if the account is inactive for 2 years   
• this program can be modified at any time
