Appointments can be scheduled by calling 858.312.5600, by emailing us, or scheduling online.
Cancellation Policy
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for all appointments. 40% of the normal service price will be charged in the event of a no-show.
Product Return Policy
Customers may return products due to adverse reaction, allergy, or if item is defective/damaged. Products must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

We are located in the Jimbo's/Ralphs shopping center. Cinnabar Clinic is in the in the medical building off of Rancho Bernardo Rd., next to the Dentist's office, close to the 4S Library. 4S Ranch is a community located between Rancho Bernardo (on the east) and Rancho Santa Fe (on the west).

Payments
We accept SpaFinder and SpaWish giftcards for all regularly priced services only. We do not accept SpaFinder or SpaWish giftcards for series, specials, or package offers.
A superbill (an insurance claim form) is available after each treatment which you may then be submitted to your insurance company. This allows us to devote more time and resources to you as a patient. We accept cash, personal checks, visa, and mastercard.
Forms
For your convenience, we provide electronic copies of the forms that you will be asked to complete before your first treatment. If you would like, you can print them and fill them out ahead of time. Please note that all forms require the Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to display and print them. You can click the button below to obtain the Acrobat reader.
